Welcome to CWC Silver Lake!

We are a free, public charter elementary school with a purposefully diverse student body. We are located in Historic Filipinotown and serve students across LA. We opened our doors in 2012, and are currently serving grades TK through 8. We provide a holistic education, filled with joy, project-based learning, rigorous academics, the arts, sports and more. Our program is particularly strong in developing students’ social emotional development across lines of difference, preparing our students to emerge as a new generation of leaders — as trailblazers who are ready to tackle the future challenges in our world.
